Teachies for teams, schools & churches

Turn your training into habits.

You teach it once. Teachies brings it back as a five-second card, right before your people open the apps they already use. Upload your handbook and you’ll have a ready series in about ten minutes.

You see their learning. Never their screen time.
The problem

You train once. They forget by Friday.

Without review, most of what people learn fades within days. Refreshers get skipped and quizzes get ignored. But your people open their phones dozens of times a day, and that’s the moment Teachies uses.

Day 1 Day 7 Remembered a card a day no review
How it works

From handbook to habit in three steps.

You stay in charge of what goes out. Teachies AI does the writing, and you approve every card.

Give it what you already have

Upload a handbook, an SOP, slides or a link, or just describe what people should learn. Teachies writes the cards and puts them in a series, in order, like the weeks of a course.

Review, then publish

Read every card, change what you like, and publish it to a group. Invite people with a link. Send different series to new hires, managers or volunteers.

It shows up before their apps

Each person picks which apps and how often. One short card, about five seconds, then the app opens like always. No new habit to build.

Your dashboard

See who’s learning, and who slipped.

One screen tells you whether the training is sticking, what people got right, and who needs a nudge, before it’s too late.

The Teachies dashboard for an example hotel group: 80% of 20 people learned something this week, 20 of 24 invited have joined, 141 cards seen, 77% of quiz answers right, 47% of material covered, and a chart of people learning each week rising from 6 to 16 over eight weeks.
The dashboard for an example organization. You also get a list of who needs a nudge, progress for every series and group, and the quiz questions people miss.
Who it’s for

Anyone who teaches a group.

Best fit for you

Churches & youth groups

Memory verses and this week’s sermon, back in front of your congregation all week long.

“Psalm 46:10. Be still, and know that I am God.”
Best fit for you

Schools & tutors

SAT words, formulas and class notes, reviewed in the minutes students already spend on their phones.

Ephemeral: lasting a very short time.
Best fit for you

Frontline teams

Onboarding and safety refreshers for retail, restaurants and care, where turnover is high and nobody has time for a course.

Wash hands for 20 seconds before every patient.
Best fit for you

Sales teams

Product facts, pricing and the answers to tough objections, fresh before every call.

“Too expensive?” Ask what it costs them to wait.
Privacy

Their phone stays theirs.

Teachies needs to know when an app opens so it can show a card first. It never logs how long anyone uses an app, and organizers only ever see learning. Here’s exactly what you can and can’t see.

What you see

Only learning, only for what you published.

  • Who joined your group
  • Who is learning each week, and who dropped off
  • How far each person is through your series

What you never see

Your dashboard only counts cards from what you published.

  • Which apps someone uses, or for how long
  • Their messages, photos or browsing
  • Anything they saved for themselves
Free pilot

Try it with one group for 30 days.

Pick one group and one thing you wish they remembered. We’ll help you set it up, and you’ll see the results on your dashboard.

  1. Day 1Send us your material. We’ll build the first series with you.
  2. Week 1Invite your group with one link. They choose their apps and how often.
  3. Day 30Look at who kept learning. Decide if it’s worth rolling out.

Questions

Good to know.

Does it work on iPhone?

Not yet. Teachies runs on Android today. If your group uses both, start the pilot with your Android users and we’ll tell you when iPhone is ready.

Who writes the cards?

Teachies AI writes a first draft from your material, and you review it. Nothing reaches your people until you publish it, and you can edit any card at any time.

Can people turn it off?

Yes. Each person chooses which apps show a card, how often, and the most cards per day. They can pause it whenever they like. That’s why people keep it on.

Can we use different material for different people?

Yes. Put people in groups and publish a different series to each, for example new hires, managers or volunteers.

Same screen time. A team that remembers.

Five seconds at a time, from the material you already have.
